Appealing to Popla

I have received Parking Charge Notice Number XXXX for staying in the McDonald's car park at Stansted for over an hour, issued by MET. I appealed on their website, following the guide for newbies, and have received a response from them: # Thank you for your correspondence received in regards to the above parking charge.
The terms and conditions of parking are clearly stated on the signs prominently displayed around this site. These
include that parking is for customers whilst on the premises only and that there is a maximum permitted stay in this area
of 60 minutes. Your vehicle remained on site for longer than the maximum permitted stay therefore we believe the
charge was issued correctly and we are upholding it.
We are confident there are sufficient signs at this location bringing the terms and conditions of parking to the attention of
motorists and it remains the driver's responsibility to check the signs where they park and comply with the terms and
conditions.
Turning to the points you have raised:
The photographic evidence for this charge has been enclosed.
As requested, images of the signage have been enclosed.
We are confident that our notice to keeper complies in all respects with the requirements of the Protection of
Freedoms Act and you are advised that where the charge has not been paid in full and 29 days has passed
since we issued the charge and we still do not know the name and address for service of court papers of the
driver, we are entitled to pursue the registered keeper for payment of the outstanding charge.

I want to appeal to POPLA, but I'm not sure what exactly to write. If someone could help me, I would really appreciate it.

Look at other recent successful popla appeals on here at that airport location against  MET

There should be one or more in the Popla decisions thread in announcements near the top of the forum,  start at the end and work backwards

Read other MET Stansted threads to see how they played it.
