Is my electricity meter an RTS meter?

Hello MSE members - please can you let me know if my electricity meter is RTS controlled or if it is a traditional clockwork one?  I believe it is the latter but my electric company thinks it is an RTS meter!  Help please!!

    Its timeswitch controlled, not an RTS

    That's an electromechanical time switch, not an RTS system.
    I can't read the date on the "certified" sticker but there's a high probability that the meter is out of its certified life and needs replacing, even though it isn't RTS.

    It might seem to be working beautifully, but it may no longer be accurate.
