Is there a better way to navigate all the great advice on here?

I've been reading through all the fantastic wealth of advice on here but I can't help but feel its so easy to get lost in it all given all the options and if this then that points and the "read this post but add this bit from this other post on too but only if..."
Its enough to put a person off which isn't want I think anyone wants to do.
Got me thinking that could a better method to navigating the process of all this be created?
As a first step a flow chart would be great but as a website developer I'd be leaning more towards a site/page to ask questions and then walk you through the steps and actions to take and when.
Has anyone considered style of displaying this content before? I wonder if so far its been a case of working with what the forum allows.
Would love to explore the idea further if anyone is interested?

The forum admins told me a few months ago that they do recognise the issues you mention and they would like to implement better advice for new members etc before they start a new thread, with highlights to the important advice, so that volunteers dont have to keep on spouting the same repetitive mantras every day. Perhaps you should contact them ?
Yes its been tried before, several times, but the various topics and scenarios are too complex for simple flowcharts, especially with 2 trade bodies, different jurisdictions, parking versus penalties, windscreen or postal ( or both ) , council or private , court claims etc
However, for the last 6 years it's been thought that it might work once the government CoP is in place for the 3 nations ( but not Northern Ireland ). At the current slow snails pace my estimate is that it may start on its tenth anniversary in 2029 ! ( others would definitely disagree and mention soon, shortly or in due course )
So a good idea once a new system is in place under the current MHCLG, is my take on the long time recurring topic you propose3 -
Personally, I hate flow charts (pictures, icons & arrows are a bit childish, IMHO) and they would simply create the problem you have described: "if this then that points and the "read this post but add this bit from this other post on too but only if..."
That is exactly what a flowchart would do.
If you want an easier Guide, the RAC's recent one might be more up your street because you can jump to a section:
https://www.rac.co.uk/drive/advice/driving-advice/how-to-appeal-a-parking-charge-notice-pcn/
They know the score.
PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
