Gladstones LBC on behalf of Horizon

Hi all,
I have a LBC (letter before claim) from Gladstones Solicitors, on behalf of Horizon Parking.
They're asking for 160, with the 60 coming from expenses they've accrued in finding my current address.
I stayed at a Premier Inn in Jan, 2024. I have, apparently, been sent a letter regarding this claim, which included evidence supporting their claim. My last address was my parent's house, but they've confirmed that no letter has been received by them.
I made a request for the 'evidence pack' via Gladstone's website, but have received nothing to my email, which was supplied with the request.
The newbies thread was a massive help, but it is a little overwhelming to keep track of what I need to do. I would really appreciate if someone could review my next steps and let me know if I'm on the right track here:
1. Respond to Gladstone's confirming that this is my current address, and all further correspondence should be sent here.
2. Demand that Gladstone's send me the evidence that supports the claim that I was in breach of the parking agreement.
3. Contact the Premier Inn in question, and inform them that I am lodging a complaint, that I am being chased by a private parking company that operates a car park for their guests.
Does this all sound correct? Any advice or refinements welcome.
Thanks in advance!

Just send the standard LBC reply that's already in the NEWBIES thread (please don't post it here, we don't need to check it, thanks!).PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
