Fined for parking in:
You can see that the only difference is the "upper". It was an honest mistake to choose the wrong place. Seems like this is pure profiteering no?
Any grounds for appeal?
Fined for parking in:
1328 - Upper Isca Place car park
But had paid for parking in the wrong area:
8012 - Isca Place car park

Are both car parks run by the same entity (doubt it)?PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
