Just tried it and I'm getting the same too.

Seems to be working ok for me now, so either fixed or doesn't affect everyone.0

Failed for me again. Tried starting from scratch, deleted Hugo (which I don't use anyway) as authorised access and now it's failing to log me in at all. Job for tomorrow...

Apparently it is because Hugo have ditched the free version of their app and deregistered everyone, they should have removed permission on this app but instead they suspended it hence being able to log in but not get data. Loop are also no longer affiliated. Not sure if it is possible to sign up for free using any of the companies listed on this link, but I just pulled data from bright/glowmarkt instead. The reason you can now no longer see your N3rgy data is because the Business Customer you are currently signed up with, has set the consent so no import data will be retrieved. This is due to them removing active consent for the users of their service to N3rgy and they should have notified you. They should have removed the consent itself, rather than amended it to set as never access, which should have then prevented access and advised this is related to no consent being active To continue to access your data, you will need to sign up with another of our Business Customers. These include a broad range of organisations (e.g. energy apps providers, energy solutions providers, financial institutions, etc) . Note that, your energy supplier is not necessarily a n3rgy Business Customer. For reference on n3rgy Business Customers, please consult https://support.n3rgy.com/a/solutions/articles/103000321811 Kind Regards N3rgyI think....1

As an Octopus customer, I can download my usage data from them, so see no need to mess about figuring out which service/app I should register with to then enable n3rgy. Haven't used it in many months anyway!

Many of us used Loop or Hugo or both, primarily as middlemen to getting data from n3rgy. Loop have stopped using n3rgy since their takeover by Procode, and Hugo have shut down their free offering, so no n3rgy data.
I tried this morning signing up with Equiwatt. The process was quicker and simpler than with either of the others, requiring only the MPAN and the last quartet of the IHD GUID. Once confirmed, the new relationship was recorded almost immediately by n3rgy and my data were again available from there.I'm not being lazy ...

I'm sure that will only be a temporary reprieve. After that, Equiwatt here I come. It's useful to have a backup source of data.0 -
I downloaded the Equiwatt app to my tablet and I can now download my data from n3rgy again.
It was interesting to see how much gas was used during the night when I changed the thermostat from virtually off (set at 14 deg C) to 18 deg C during the night
Although gas was used during the night it was offset by less gas being used to bring the temperature up from 18 deg C to 21 deg C and reaching 21 deg C in less than an hour, than the gas used to raise the temperature from 15 deg C and taking sometimes 2 hours.
I did not use less gas but I did not use a discernible amount more.
