If you're an Origin broadband and home phone customer, you'll soon be automatically transferred to Utility Warehouse – but your service will continue as before and you should keep paying your bills as normal.

My 99 year old mother is with Origin and has not received any notification of the change. For the last 3 days there has been a fault on her phone line and today all calls to Origin are going unanswered. There is no online help despite what they say! Shocking service - just hoping Utility Warehouse are better!!0
