Bad experience with Tembo

Has anyone save on Tembo easy access account. ? I did. regretting it.
No way of withdraw your money on the Tembo Apps.
Can anyone help please as to how I can close my account, and get my money? Financial Ombudsman said.  i have to wait 8 weeks to complain.They features in one of Martin Lewis instant access savings recommendation. And I trust Martin Lewis. I am now stuck. Tembo is not responding to messages.
I am upset and stressed.

Are you talking about the Cash ISA? If so, go to your Cash ISA account page in the app. Down at the bottom is a "Withdraw" button. Not used it myself.

Tap on Cash ISA - Easy access.

Go right down to the bottom of the page and tap on "Withdraw".

Tap "Continue" and put in the amount you want to withdraw (in your case tap on "withdraw all").

Further to this post I am also unable to withdraw monies from Tembo ISA. I have been having fruitless text conversations with them for the past two weeks.  Really starting to worry about them.  When trying to withdraw through their app I keep getting told there’s an error - try again.  I wish they would try again and fix the problem.  Anyone else having trouble?

Since I'm not in a position to fill my ISA allowance, did a £10 withdrawal and seemed to work fine. It's not "instant", Tembo take 2 days to credit any deposit and 2 days to withdraw ( a bit like Moneybox)
