    Looks fine. You could add:

The  Claimant is put to strict proof that the driver was 'unauthorised' and that a contract was extended to 'unauthorised vehicles'. The Defendant avers that such a term is prohibitive and offers nothing of value, thus the elements of a contract cannot have existed.

Thanks for feedback - would you just add that to the end of the para 3 which I posted in my previous post? About to get it put to PDF and sent over. Deadline is tomorrow.

Hey all, now completing the N180 form….

probably a silly question but the very last part where I sign it has boxes to tick. Do I just click the box that says “defendant”? Or do I leave all that part blank. Above those boxes it says “Legal representative for the” with a box next to it so unsure that is only to be used if a legal is representative is filling it out for me?

    Will attach a pic

Thanks for the reply - I've carefully followed the guide you've mentioned, but it doesn't seem to mention anything about the part that I have posted the picture of above. The part below where I sign, do I click the box that says "Legal representative for" and then also click the box which says "Defendant"? Or is this only to be ticked if someone is filling the form out for me. I'm all ready to send apart from that part. I have until 24th to get it sent so hoping for some confirmation before I send it.

    Thanks again

Just click Defendant. You are not a legal rep.

Now read this message linked below, and please join us to do the Public Consultation once we've discussed it in August. It's vital the Government hears from Defendants:

Please bookmark the main thread linked in that link. Come back in August to take part.

We need LOTS of good responses on the same page as us, to drown out the twisted 'alternative facts' from the parking industry and their relatives posing as ordinary motorist consumers.
