Had you visited AA site prior to you purchase?
So which site said you would get the £120 voucher if you went via their link?
Usually with these "Cashback" sites there is no guarantee that you will get the bonus, as it relies on tracking cookies.Life in the slow lane0 -
The AA are correct - the promotion was offered through groupon so it's not the AA's responsibility.
What's sometimes the case with promotions like these is that one small mis-step in the process stops the voucher reward. All you can do is to keep on at groupon if you're certain that you met all the terms and conditions of the promotion. The problem with the likes of groupon, wowcher, etc. is that you're putting an intermediary into the process, so as you've discovered, you have no recourse through the eventual retailer (the AA) and you're left to deal with a muddle of groupon and vouchercloud.0 -
Like any other cashback - no tracking no cashback.
Have you received email saying your puchase has been tracked about 1-2 days after purchase?
I had similar with VoucherCloud - all was fine, then 120 days after silence, but managed to get it sorted with them through emails - although I had a tracking email send to me which helped.0 -
hi, I had an email from vouchercloud whist signing up to the aa saying thank you for signing up for the aa reward.
That was the last i heard from them. I am sure i followed all the instructions as i do a lot of these type of offers.Groupon havent replied to my email but on their website it says they resolve 86% of these issues. This has happened to other people aswell as i have just read the reviews on trust pilot.0 -
Also when i first queried it vouchercloud asked for loads of screen shots about the purchase and proof that i havent cancelled it so it gave me the impression that they could resolve it.0

But why they are they not chasing groupon on this. Given it is part of their process if tracking has been confirmed.Life in the slow lane0 -
Do you have any browser extensions for shopping? Some of them are known to 'steal' tracking cookies so that they get rewarded instead of you.Past caring about first world problems.0
