Mandatory Disregard

My mother is permanent resident in care home aged 98
i live in property she owns and have done for 10 years
i live in property she owns and have done for 10 years
I am her daughter and over 60 so mandatory disregard of property as part her assets
When she passes away will I have to sell house and payback all fees she had paid for her by council while alive?

You won't be repaying the fees used to support your mother if there is a mandatory disregard.
However, you've not indicated if your mother wrote a will, if you have siblings, or whether your other parent had a will which left part of the house to anyone other than your mother?If you've have not made a mistake, you've made nothing0 -
