Busy weekend then I couldn’t access the site this morning either.Exhausted today but back at exam invigilation most days this week so along with trying to fit in all the other things I think I should be doing. Managed 30 minutes reading my book in the shade yesterday but my head couldn’t settle cos I had too many things on my list.Hope everyone has a good day - hoping the risk is enough for the garden but not too much!!

Made it through the exercise class again. Even though it's tough I really 'enjoy' it. My left shoulder was protesting a bit today so need to keep an eye on that.Yesterday the promised good weather never materialised though I was able to get one piece of washing dry. After saying that I had nothing to wash I then spattered roasted tomato juice all over the front of a new-on sweatshirt. An express wash got all the splashes out so I hung it on the whirly. A stiff little breeze got it jiggling on the line nicely.Working on getting the remote back-up was more tricky than it should have been, mostly down to a couple of settings being changed by my nephew who then forgot about them. Eventually it got going.
I've done the weekly banking, had lunch and now heading for a coffee. I'm trying to drink it black but it's not going too well, I may give in!I hope that all the poorlies and their families are having a better day. Hugs to all whatever you're up to.11 -
Evening all (for those old enough in true Dixon of Dock Green style).
I had problems getting on earlier, so left it until now. Today has been sunny and very warm. I popped out to get some bread and fruit, one of my cheapest shops as that's all was needed. Other than that just some washing done.
OH wanted to get a shelf with a drawer to store the pods for the coffee machine. Unbelievably, when he was telling a neighbour they said they had one they didnt use and we were welcome to it. What's the chances of that, I feel so lucky.
TA hope everything went ok with your assessment.
