Thank you for your continuous support - i will get it amended accordingly and send it off today. Just to clarify, the last day to file the defence will fall on Saturday (tomorrow) - does that mean I technically have until Monday to send the defence off?0

That stops them requesting judgment which gets really messy. Make sure you hit 'submit' (not just 'start defence'). No headings needed. No statement of truth, and remove all the padding; the template defence isn't relevant to you, it seems.
I can't understand how they are targeting you? What's the story if you were neither driver nor keeper? Show us what you put about that?PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
