Thank you for your continuous support - i will get it amended accordingly and send it off today. Just to clarify, the last day to file the defence will fall on Saturday (tomorrow) - does that mean I technically have until Monday to send the defence off?

You will need an extra paragraph to explain that, then re-number the rest of the template.

In view of the above AND the fact that your deadline is up this weekend/Monday, I would NOT USE THE SECOND HALF OF THE TEMPLATE (how can it be relevant?) and I would put a shorter defence in on MCOL this weekend.

That stops them requesting judgment which gets really messy. Make sure you hit 'submit' (not just 'start defence'). No headings needed. No statement of truth, and remove all the padding; the template defence isn't relevant to you, it seems. 

I can't understand how they are targeting you? What's the story if you were neither driver nor keeper?  Show us what you put about that?
