BW Legal letter before claim for sold vehicle

Hi posted this on my other thread but somebody suggested I post with a new thread so here goes
letter before claim from BW legal
first letter I’ve ever received im
assuming they were writing to old address I moved out of in 2022
sold vehicle in March 2022
states on letter PCN is for April 2022
do I explain I sold the car ? Or do I follow a different process
I have until 1st June to sort before they put in a county court claim

Did you complete the transfer online? Do you have proof of the date of transfer?
Failing that, a bill of sale/receipt for payment? Proof of a vehicle tax refund or cancellation of insurance?
Not that this matters at this point, use the standard LBC response from the Newbies thread, but add a line that tells them you sold the vehicle on <date>, prior to the issue of the charge.
If you can, provide the new owner's name and address.Always remember to abide by Space Corps Directive 39436175880932/B:

Also I gave the new keeper slip upon sale
and then also declared sale of vehicle online dvla website and have an email receipt of this from 2022 managed to find it today1 -
