What is SD or simple delivery ?
Is it ebays postage system ?
It’s their new (supposed) mandatory system for private sellers where eBay handle all the postage, and seller never takes the postage money or buys their own labels. There is an admittedly long thread about it on here, on this first page in the forum.

it was meant to be mandatory several weeks ago but as usual the timings have slipped, it keeps appearing and disappearing on some listing tools.

In short yes.  Too complicated to explain but have a look at the dedicated thread of the same name.

Isn't that against eBay's rules ("feedback solicitation", I think)? In which case you could report the buyer to eBay, and that might help you if they do decide to leave a negative.
