   2. All bookings are based on availability 

   3. All travellers must follow U.S. state and federal laws

   4. The winner and their companion will need to organise their own travel arrangements to and from the airport and for the duration of the trip

   5. All other travel expenses including food, any visa or passport costs, travel to and from the airports, travel for the duration of the trip will not be covered

 

1. 1. If you win…

      • A member of the Travel Portland team will message you directly to arrange your flights.

      • You may be asked to provide proof of identity, residency and age, so that we are sure you are who you say you are and are eligible to receive the prize.

      • You can’t exchange the prize for cash, or ask us to give it to someone else (not that you’d want to!). We will use reasonable efforts to award the prize as described but if due to unforeseen circumstances we reserve the right to cancel or amend the prize.

      • You’ll be responsible for all taxes, insurance and any other expenses, fees and costs connected with the use of the prize that are not included in the prize description.

      • If, in order to take the prize, you and your plus one need a valid passport and/or other necessary travel documentation and visas, you’ll need to sort those out for yourself.

      • You are responsible for your use of the prize, including complying with any applicable terms and conditions of use. Of course, if you win a prize, you’ll be good and comply with all relevant laws, rules and regulations. Gaydio and British Airways reserve the right to disqualify any entrant who has engaged in unlawful or improper conduct.

      • Once the flight and accommodation bookings are confirmed, British Airways booking conditions will apply to the booking in addition to these competition terms and conditions.
