When you read the NEWBIE sticky, second post, did you see the walk through on how to complete the AoS?
You have a limited time to do this to extend the deadline for submitting a defence. Timescales are shown on the reverse of the N1SDT claim form.2 -
If it would help i can go to take photos of where i parked and the signage around the area to gove you an idea of if i have a case or not thanks in advance0

You won't gave to go to court because as long as you follow our advice, DCB Legal will discontinue.
Copy from other G24 claim threads.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

AOS sent thanks you for the guidance so far1

'Unauthorised Parking' isn't a very detailed description of what the driver may have done wrong, is it?
I'll leave others to expand on that.
With a Claim Issue Date of 29th April, and having filed an Acknowledgment of Service('AOS') in a timely manner, you have until 4pm on Monday 2nd June 2025 to file a Defence.
That's over three weeks away. Plenty of time to produce a Defence but please don't leave it to the last minute. To create a Defence, and then file a Defence by email, look at the second post in the NEWBIES thread.Don't miss the deadline for filing a Defence.
Do not try and file a Defence via the MoneyClaimOnline website. Once an AOS has been filed, the MCOL website should be treated as 'read only'.2 -
Sorry just checking if more should be added to my para 3 or you feel this is ok ?0

Thanks in advance
