Loop app - electricity not updating

Hi all,

My loop app has not pulled any electric data since 28/03. Gas working fine.

Electric still going to Octopus and to Bright so not a meter issue.

I’ve re-added my meters but no joy.

Anyone else having issues?

I haven’t used a loop for a while so I checked,
got this below, no wonder it was so warm yesterday.

I tend to stick with bright

I got even hotter! Electricity readings are fine though. I have actually raised this with Loop and they have been 'looking into it' for the past month. The problem seems to be that the gas meter doesn't bother to communicate half the time and sends their system into a bit of a spin when it does. I use my Octopus mini nowadays so not that worried (although the gas readings on here have massive holes as well - luckily I use next to nothing so it's just the standing charge that it isn't recording).

Yes I've had no electricity since 26 March and gas only came back to life several days ago. First gas reading was mind blowing just as others have reported.

Just as a wee update on the 2nd July my IHD lost connection to my meters despite various turning off an on…I then noticed it magically reconnected overnight and at the same time Loop started updating electricity again.

not sure if linked or coincidence…

I binned Loop, Bright and Eon had electric activity but Loop didn't.

Hadn't looked at Loop for ages but seems they have sorted out the weird gas readings and now all seems ok. Not really much use now I've got my Octopus Mini and Agile as a tariff in any case ...
