Gas and Electric safety certificates for house seller

Hi all - I searched the forum the other day for the 'best' way to get these safety certificates as a house seller and found this company being reviewed well (although most of them from a while ago)
https://www.gassafetycertificate.info/
The only way to book is via an on-line form and then use WhatsApp to message them.
2 days later, no reply via either of these channels
Does anyone know for sure if they are still operating? And if so, how long does it take for them to respond ordinarily ?
If they do not exist anymore , are there any other recommendations for the same service in the Midlands area please?
Thanks

Do you realise that generally you don't need these certificates for selling your house?

Thank you- I was aware they are not mandatory , but seller has had a survey and has off the back of that asked if I can provide these.
Bearing in mind we are some way down the process of formal offer and solicitors, I would like to help the sale in all ways I can. If she pulls out for whatever reason then I have them for future potential buyers.
I believe from communications with estate agent that she is a very cautious older single lady and is a belt and braces sort. She is now paying for another survey over two issues that the first survey found. They could be 'major' but I really doubt that. However , she has sunk well over £1000 into surveys, and for me to spend £200 on these certificates seems fair and reasonable to me. But her survey and follow up indicate the certificates would help put her mind at rest.
So, if anyone has info on the above company, I would be interested to hear. Thanks

Well, that is a coincidence....just as I typed that last message , the company got back to me via Whatazpp, so they still exist and I am taking the previous positive reviews as current and applicable.
    Thanks all
    case closed I think

That'll be £200 plus the costs to rectify any failures plus a whole load of stress and arguing over the C3 recommendations.

We were asked for these during our current sale. I got an electrician and gas safety engineer off checkatrade to do them. Electric was £160, Gas £80

For the gas safety do you mean your boiler?  If you get it serviced yearly then just provide your last paperwork.  If the buyer wants their own checks they should organise so the reports are theirs and they have come back on them.  We just bought and got our own checks on the boiler as we could see it was old and no current service.  We didn’t get the electrics tested as we knew they wouldn’t ‘pass’ as the house was built isn’t a new build and would not have all the current standards.

Local Gas Safe engineer says he can provide a CP12 (Gas Safe Certificate) free of charge when he does a service.

Treasure the moments that you have. Savour them for as long as you can for they will never come back again.

Boiler is only 1 of 3 in-house gas items
