Section 12 of the 1950s Allotments Act abolished any such restrictions regarding chickens or rabbits.

There’s quite a lot of realistic robot cats and dogs on the market.  Think of the fortune you will save - no food, no vets bills. No doggie walking etc

Many of the advertisements for realistic robot cats and dogs on the market are scams, and the product received will be nothing like what the (sometimes (allegedly) AI-generated) advertisement shows.

    E.g. https://youtu.be/o9DIRw6g9Qs

I'm not sure which actual products you're talking about, but I just wanted to add the above caveat.

Back on the original topic, it seems likely to me that permission to keep pets has been requested, but refused. Confirmation would be good.

Why buy a house that doesn't allow dogs if you want a dog ?
Others may have bought their house specifically because dogs are not allowed and they won't be disturbed by barking ?

Previous page. I said exactly this.
