    @ChirpyChicken - Text 2 contains "Please do NOT try the usual Group Nexus trick". I initially assumed that was there as Smart Parking was under the umbrella of Group Nexus. However, I've seen the same Text 2 used when challenging a Group Nexus PCN. Therefore, should I changed 'Group Nexus' for 'Smart Parking'?

    Use the correct parking company name when appealing,  no they are not connected,  but may use the same tricks as each other, so you are saying to company A, don't try the usual company B ( or C or D etc ) tricks

    Yes, sounds good to me ( I don't think it matters which of the 2 companies you name,  or any other company using similar tricks   )

    This is being massively overthought for the easiest one ever. You could not ask for a simpler parking firm to beat.

    @ChirpyChicken told you the exact words to put at both appeal stages and it doesn't matter that the first appeal mentions Group Nexus. 
    PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
