Ocean parking peel centre

Hi been issued with a pcn at the above , parked my car in electrics charging bay to charge vehicle , then left straight after .
showed ocean my charge time but it was still rejected ? 

Have been told it’s £69 if I pay in 14days or 100 appeal has been rejected is there anything I can do ?

Other than plan A in the newbies sticky thread in announcements near the top of the forum  , No

Plan A is a complaint to the site manager,  so to Peel holdings 

I suspect that you should have either registered the vehicle on site,  or paid,  or both ( we need to see pictures of the actual signs there,  especially the EV bays   )

You tried plan B and failed 

Plan C is an appeal to the IAS, likely to fail too

It's £60, not £69, but you won't be paying a penny.  By us telling you "there is no appeal" we are NOT telling you to pay!

A. Complaint to landowner should work, if not
B. Completely ignore Ocean and the £170 threatograms shown in the 4th post of NEWBIES PLEASE READ THESE FAQS FIRST.
