1. The Prize includes
(a) a luxury tented five-night safari in the Okavango Delta, Botswana at Macatoo Camp for two people. The prize includes £1,000 per person towards return flights, meals, accommodation in a twin tent, horse riding and other safari activities (see https://www.inthesaddle.com/rides/macatoo/#tab-overview) for two provided by In The Saddle. To be redeemed before 31 December 2026. Subject to availability; and(b) x1 Epwell Tan Brown Joules Duffle Bag, x1 Epwell Tan Brown Joules Washbag, x1 Epwell Tan Brown Joules Shoulder Bag, x1 Epwell Brown Joules Backpack Tote Bag; and (c) Joules clothing of the Winner’s choice from the Joules.com website worth up to £500 (subject to availability). 
2. The Prize does not include any international or domestic flights; travel insurance, medical insurance, transfers to and from airports, food and drink in addition to the meals provided, spending money, tax or personal expenses.
3. You are responsible for ensuring that you and any person travelling with you are available to travel and hold valid passports, any necessary visas and travel documents for the holiday on the travel dates specified. Dates once notified to In The Saddle cannot be changed.

5. The Prize is non-transferable and no cash or other alternatives will be offered. A prize of equal or greater value will be provided if the Prize is no longer available due to circumstances beyond Joules’ control. The Prize is only redeemable by the Winner. It must not be sold on. 
Contacting the Winner
1. Joules will make reasonable efforts to notify the Winner of the Prize via email using the email address provided at the time of entry no later than Monday 19th May 2025. The Winner must confirm that they accept the Prize within 7 days. If it is not possible to contact the Winner, Joules reserves the right to offer the Prize to the next valid entrant selected at random.
2. Once the Winner has accepted the Prize, Joules will inform the Winner as to how they claim the Prize. 
3. The surname and county of the Winner will be obtainable for three months from the Closing Date upon receipt of a stamped addressed envelope to the address in paragraph 1. If you object to any or all of your surname or county being published, please notify Joules. In such circumstances, Joules must still provide the information to the Advertising Standards Authority on request.
Limitations of Liability
1. Joules reserves the right to withdraw, change or cancel the prize draw at any time. Joules’ decision in all matters will be final, and no correspondence will be entered into.
2. Joules, including its officers, directors, employees, shareholders or agents, excludes all liability for any losses and/or damages of whatever nature and howsoever arising to the fullest extent permitted by applicable laws.
3. In consideration of being awarded the Prize, if you are the Winner, you may be required by Joules to take part in publicity related to the subject of the prize draw, and you now confirm that if you are the Winner, you will take part in such publicity. Such publicity may include, without limitation, use of your name, photograph (to be provided on request) and statements concerning the prize draw and/or the Prize. You now provide Joules with a right and licence to use the entry on the Joules website, and throughout Joules’ social media channels, and to sublicence the right to do the same to Joules’ wholesalers. 
4. These terms and conditions are subject to the laws of England and Wales. Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
