Switching from Business to Personal

Can I use the Bank Switching Service to switch a (Santander) Business Current Account to a Personal Current account with another bank; hopefully getting a reward for switching in the process?!

No - you shouldn't be able to just transfer money from a business account to a personal account.  If nothing else, there are tax implications for doing so.

Is it a sole trader account or is it a LTD or equivalent?

Why not switch to another business account? There aren't many switch cash offers for those at present (you've  missed the Coop's recent £200 business switch offer) but several banks do offer free banking for a year, or two, or more, to switchers. So it can be quite money-saving even without a cash bonus. Assuming, of course, you still actually need a business account.
