Parcel Farce

Ordered a coat and jacket in the recent Haburi sale. Items are sent via German company to the delivery country, then their "international partners" take control from the incoming port. In Britain they use Parcel Force.
Ordered on 9th June, using their tracking number, i can see that my delivery was despatched by Haburi and in the UK by late on 10th June, arrived at Parcel Force South Birmingham Depot by 2am, "Out For Delivery" by 3.30 am 11th June. That's very quick. BUT....
Since then, i've heard nothing. No delivery, no change in status on the Parcel Force website. I've sent 3 emails from the contact page, querying the order and including my "consignment number", name, address, contact numbers, email address etc... I've received automated responses each time.
Today (21st June) i finally receive an email that isn't from the Parcel Force robot :
"Due to Data Protection we request that you provide the full senders address
with contact name and number, delivery address with contact name and
telephone number, parcel number, whether you hold a contract with
Parcelforce, date of dispatch and the contents of the parcel, with a
description, to enable me to place an enquiry on this for you.
We will aim to have an update for you within 48 hours (excluding weekends).
To prevent duplication we would request that you do not contact us again
about this matter until this time has lapsed."

GRRRR! What the heck is this all about? They have all the details they need already, all i want is for them to find this darn parcel and deliver it!!!!
What has "Data Protection" got to do with ANYTHING? I'm not asking for data, they have the parcel logged in their system with all the details required, it's bar coded, scanned and tracked from Germany to their own depot, it's been put onto a lorry, they have my address, telephone numbers? What more do these people need?

I thank you.

Unfortunately, the sender has the contract with the delivery company and although they have given you information to allow you to track the parcel, it should really be them that chases up non delivery not you. Have you informed the supplier that the goods have not arrived and appear to be lost in the post?

Parcel Force are a joke and I dread it when they get thier hands on any of my post.

Yeah, i've informed Haburi.com. Parcelforce are a shambles, this new automated email system is an absolute joke, you just can't speak to a human being and they apparently have a huge backlog of emails.
I've been contacting them by email since 15th June telling them where it was last scanned, then this morning their "track and trace" website shows my parcel being re-exported back to flippin Germany, so the flamin' bar code's still on the box anyway!
    ARGH.

Update to this and advice needed please.

Contacted Haburi.com who promised me that delivery would be re-arranged within 2 days and i would be contacted by Parcelforce. Nothing happened for another 7 days, so i emailed and asked for a refund or i'd pass it to my CC to follow up. That was refused, but they emailed to say that a replacement had been sent out....

Got home tonight.....neighbour shouts out.....I'm holding TWO parcels for you.
Yep, i've now got 2 identical deliveries with 2 denim jackets and 2 parka coats...one pristine box and one extremely battered one which looks as if its been to Timbuktoo and back.

What do i do, contact Haburi and ask them to get one collected? Dates, times etc...how does this work?
