Hi - following on from my earlier posts about my sister - Link debt but no complete CCA agreement sent. She did send them a letter as advised here but they haven't replied.
However she got a letter from Link last week saying they were passing her A/C onto Shoosmiths within 14 days ( no mention that this is a legal firm or a letter before action or anything like that). She got an email entitled 'Prevent Legal action' saying they recently sent her a letter explaining the intended legal action.
What should she do? At this stage is there anything to worry about? Should she now file the complaint with FCA and if so how does she go about that? Thanks0
