Dyson V10; Customer service is appalling!

I just learnt they're the same parent company! Every days a school day. Thank you! And yes, I'm sorely tempted to get their PowerDetect Powered Lift-Away Upright Pet Vacuum Cleaner.powerful_Rogue said:Shark/Ninja are the goto now. Can't fault their customer support.1 -
Thank you for the hope! 🙏 I have had their products for over 26 years, and have never had an issue I couldn't resolve with a bit of Googling, but this has stumped me, hence why I contacted CS. Their response of £115 to replace a part dumbfounded me, to be honest. I fully expected, based on other people's experiences, that they would replace the part no questions asked under warranty. 🤷♂️photome said:I have many Dyson products and have had need to call the CS. Each time I have had parts replaced/repaired without much hassle . One time on a Dyson hairdryer the foyer was replaced past the end of the warranty .0 -
You could probably find the part you want on eBay for very little money.
