I might be wrong but I don't think it is me who needs to send this document but the Claimant who is Eurocarparks. That's what is written in the last 2 lines of the letter?

Agreed, but it might be a good idea to email your N180 DQ document to Stockport tooSalmonbench said:I might be wrong but I don't think it is me who needs to send this document but the Claimant who is Eurocarparks. That's what is written in the last 2 lines of the letter?
Then you can expect a court order from Stockport civil court to arrive in the post in the next couple of months
If you do, attach a copy of the defence too
Better that they get at least one copy of everything1 -

Hi
I have received another letter from my local Court, I have a hearing end of January and I have to submit a witness statement and evidence until 11th of December.
Is there any template I can use as a guide, I have searched a forum and found some examples however I haven't found any case similar to mine .
Should I wait for Claimant's WS first and then submit mine?
I have 1 witness, beside of myself, should that person submit a WS as well?
The only evidence I have is a parking receipt with transaction void on it and my card details, do you think if I can proof that I used this card that day and it worked would it work in my advantage at hearing. I am sure they will try to use it against me to proof I didn't pay the fare. They have a copy of this ticket.
Are there any case examples I can use as evidence when ticket machine is not working properly.
Any help and tips would be greatly appreciated.

So the pencilled in hearing date at Stockport is end of January 2026 ( ECP via DCB Legal )
The WS bundle deadline appears to be 11th December ? N6 to 8 weeks before ?
So when is the due date deadline for the hearing fee to be paid by the claimant ?

The NEWBIES thread post 2 tells everyone about WS & evidence stage including a list of recommended exhibits for every case.
There are also LOTS of recent good examples of WS that include the new case of Mazur, which will be in play in your case too. Search the forum.
But you won't actually need it, if this is a single PCN claim from DCB Legal because they will now try to phone you (ignore them, or answer and tell them to hurry up and discontinue or you'll claim all your costs and time at £24 per hour) then they will finally discontinue before they have to pay the hearing fee.
It is coming.
Show us the attachment when they email it over, so your success can be counted on the disco thread of DCB Legal shame.

File and serve a WS and witness evidence by 11 December and Claimant to pay hearing fee by 4pm on 29th of December.
Claimant to file the trial bundle no later than 7 days before the final hearing.
