What is regular investing?

I'm trying to compare SIPP provider costs and the only table I've found is on This is Money.

https://www.thisismoney.co.uk/money/pensions/article-14647325/best-sipp-provider.html

The table has fund dealing costs, standard share, ETF and trust costs and regular investing costs - what is regular investing in this case?

Many platforms allow you to setup monthly investments into one or more funds/shares, sometimes by direct debit or from the cash account. To encourage people to do this some give you a break on dealing costs or remove them altogether
