Hi All,
My PCN has now been passed from Gladstones to BW Legal, which I didn't realise was a thing, however, I have continued to follow this forums advice and have emailed them at disputeresolution@bwlegal.co.uk with my response. They are yet to reply and I am worried as the deadline for replying to them is 10th May.
Should I expect a reply from them having emailed this email address? or should I use the portal?
I really don't want to automatically get a county court claim as I am willing to fight this till the end.
Thank you for any help

You will get a court claim regardless which you then fight.1

There isn't any deadline.
You WANT the claim!PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

The steps towards a court hearing is where the fight ends.

I emailed them on 9th May and all the emails were bounced back. Basically they want you to contact them via the 'customer portal' I'm not their customer so sent my response via post....which didn't get there for the 10th May but hey ho this fight will go on for a while.0
