1.1 The Prize supplier is with the Promoter’s Le Boat brand.

1.2 The Prize is one (1) three-night boating holiday for up to six (6) guests (including the winner) on the River Thames or Scotland aboard a “Budget” or “Comfort” boat which is in the Le Boat fleet.

1.3 The trip must be booked and completed by any date before 31 October 2025 (excluding 27th April 2025 to 10th May 2025 (inclusive), 31st May 2025 to 7th June 2025 (inclusive) and 8th July 2025 to 31st August 2025 (inclusive)).The Prize is for the provision of the boat only. The winner is responsible for arranging all other costs which includes (without limitation) any element of the trip which is not expressly described in paragraph 1.2 of this Schedule 1 above, including (without limitation):

1.3.1 Damage Liability Reduction (DLR), fuel, waterside services such as moorings, pump out, optional holiday extras and any other costs;

1.3.2 transfers and travel to and from your departure;

1.3.3 airport, departure or tourist taxes imposed at the destination;

1.3.4 insurance, visas or other travel documentation;

1.3.5 vaccinations, where required;

1.3.6 car hire; and/or

1.3.7 all damage waivers and other mandatory deposits which are required as part of your booking. a pre-authorisation of a refundable security deposit is required at the base on arrival.
