EDF deal postcode not recognised

Hi,
I'm trying to sign up to the recent EDF deal but when I put in my postcode, it says postcode not recognised. DN22 if that makes a difference.
Is it for certain areas only?

is that your FULL post code,thats what you have to put in
looks like there is some parts missing

DN22 7RD is recognised.

I did put in my full postcode (just not on here). With a space and without. Strange!

If your postcode has a zero in it, make sure you are entering zero (0) and not the letter O - that sometimes catches people out

No zeroes. We are on holiday in Turkey at the moment so I wonder if that is why

Just tried postcode I mentioned earlier with İstanbul IP address -  No addresses found. Please check postcode and try again.

If you simply type your postcode into Google search it should show hundreds of sensible local references.

If your postcode is recognised by google then the problem is with EDF's system, and you may have to contact them directly to find out why.

Given OP is in Turkey. Then EDF system maybe set up to not recognise non UK IP's.
