These things happen and that is why they will have insurance.  Companies with fleets the size that Amazon has will be used to such claims.

Assuming of course it is an Amazon branded fleet vehicle. My deliveries are by contracted private operators using several different vehicles and drivers.

That's true of course, but if it was sub-contracted Amazon will know to whom.
