Yet another British company absorbed into the singularity of the American juggernaut economy.
And along with it comes another British company stripped from the FTSE index. I'm actually surprised the US hasn't just bought every company in the UK by now. But then I guess we don't really have many companies that are actually worth buying anyway so that's probably why.
