DCB Legal - Letter of Claim

Can anyone advise as to the next steps please after recieving this letter after numerous bullying debt collection letters. The sum demanded is grossly unfair considering that on the day there was no means to pay due to machines being out of service and no signage to state how to pay. Adding to this, I never recieved a PCN…

Yes, to the local court (not CNBC).

Just copy a recent one and adapt the start. My notes of good examples recently, include:

Both had Mazur v Speechlys (which you should know that you obviously need too if you've been keeping up with threads here - it's new case law from September) and both were good WS with sub headings in DCB Legal cases.
