Entry Instructions:

Entries may only be submitted via text. By entering this Promotion you agree that such Entry (excluding personal information) is deemed to be non-confidential and non-proprietary, and we shall have no obligation of any kind with respect to such Entries.

Entry is by text only. Only one entry per person during the Promotional Period. For the avoidance of doubt only one unique mobile number will be accepted per person, and a person can use this mobile number to enter only once. Any use by entrants of identities other than their own and/or any entrant using multiple mobile numbers and/or any other methods and to enter this Promotion will be disqualified and any prize entitlement will be void. A mobile number can only be used by one person and it cannot be shared within a household. The Promoter reserves the right to determine, in its sole and absolute discretion, whether an entrant or household has already submitted an entry and to disqualify any subsequent entries or prize entitlement.

Prize:

a. There is 1 prize, consisting of a 5-night trip to Kauai, Hawaii, USA, for 2 adults and 2 children under 16. At least one adult must be aged 21+ with a full clean driving licence held for over one year. Prize includes:

- return economy indirect flights from a UK airport (Belfast, Edinburgh, London and Manchester only) to Kauai;

- 5 nights’ 4* hotel stay in Kauai, sharing a quadruple room;

- daily breakfast;

- car hire for 6 days, including GPS hire (pick up/drop off from Lihue Airport, Kauai, Hawaii);

- a 1.5 hour private surfing lesson on one day;

- a Kauai Farm train ride on one day;

- a private Hula class on one day;

- a private guided tour of Kauai’s South & West Shore;

- a Luau experience with dinner and lei greeting;

- Travel insurance

b. Car hire: the named driver must be aged 21 or over, with a full clean driving licence that has been held for over one year. If the driver is aged 25 or under, or has less than three years’ driving experience, they may need to pay a supplementary cost for car rental, non-EU, Australian or New Zealand licence holders may require an international driver’s licence or other paperwork. A credit card (not a debit card) in the name of the driver with available funds (value advised upon booking) will be required by the car rental company in order for the driver to collect the car. Any additional costs associated with fuel, authorising one or more additional drivers, and any additional equipment such as baby seats are excluded from the prize and must be paid for by the driver.

c. At least one attendee (driver) must be aged 21+; one of the attendees must be the parent or legal guardian of any guests under 16.

d. A valid credit or debit card will be required for security deposit purposes when checking into hotel accommodation.

e. Private surfing lesson includes a private instructor and all equipment. Participants must be aged 5+.

f. Kauai Farm train ride includes a 2.5 mile train ride through Kauai Farm, plantation and orchard walk and lunch. Whole experience lasts approximately 4 hours.

g. Private Hula class includes a professional instructor and a hula skirt. Lasts approximately 1 hour.

h. Private guided tour includes pickup and drop-off from meeting point, a private guide, entrance fee to Waimea Canyon State Park, visits to locations including Waimea Canyon, Waimea Bay, a coffee farm and Hanapepe Town. Wholeexperience lasts approximately 6 hours.

i. Luau experience with dinner and lei greeting includes lei greeting, torch lighting ceremony, hula kahiko performances and 3-course buffet dinner. Experience lasts approximately 2.5 hours, and is not exclusive to the winner.

j. Travel insurance is subject to restrictions and the terms and conditions of the insurance provider. It is the responsibility of the winner and/or their companions to meet any additional costs relating to obtaining insurance cover for any pre-existing medical condition and for any additional costs as may be specified where the winner and/or their companions are aged 70 or over;

k. UK airport and flight dates will be pre-selected by the Supplier’s Prize Provider. Winner and guests must travel together in both directions. Organising valid passports is the responsibility of the winner and their guests, and prize excludes any visas. UK Passport holders travelling to the United States of America are required to have a valid ESTA (Electronic System for Travel Authorization) from the US Embassy. You can apply for this a minimum of 72 hours prior to travel although we recommend you apply as soon as your travel is confirmed. Please note that anyone without an ESTA will be deported from the US upon arrival without exception. It is the winner and guests’ responsibility to arrange and comply with the ESTA visa requirements of the US. Approval is at the discretion of the US Embassy and the Promotion Entities cannot be held responsible for this being rejected.

l. Prize excludes domestic travel, fuel, toll fees, spending money and all other expenses not expressly stated within these Terms and Conditions.

m. Trip must include a Saturday night stay. Prize must be taken within 12 months of acceptance. Travel is subject to availability and excludes December 2025 – January 2026, and all national holidays in the UK. Winner will be asked for 3 travel dates in 3 separate months in order of preference. Once booked, the prize cannot be altered.

n. Winner will be required to provide proof of identity documenting full name and age (date of birth) to accept the prize. Proof of identity must match the name provided in the text entry. Only official documents can be accepted as proof of identity (driving licence, identity card or passport). Council tax will not be accepted as proof of identity. Expired proof of identity will not be accepted.

The prize must be accepted as offered and redeemed by the named winner only. There is no cash or alternative prize, in whole or part (save where the Promoter in its sole discretion deems it reasonably necessary to provide an alternative prize). The prize is non-transferable and non-refundable. Sale of the prize for profit is prohibited and may constitute fraud. The prize cannot be combined with any other offer, promotion or discount.
