Love the floorplan

I think the owners are saving money, by doing photos, floorplan themselves.

London agent - probably can't be bothered to come down and do the  photos etc https://www.rightmove.co.uk/properties/159116768#/?channel=RES_BUY

bit pricey for the road - there are others for sale there, much depends how close to the A303 the house is

Well it's a darn sight more accurate than the ones I see posted by actual agents 👍

Indeed. Always amused by the "professional" floorplans which do things like omit doors (do we really need to climb out of the bedroom through the window?) etc.

It's one of those super-cheap online agents who lets the owner/seller construct their own listing.

    Which is why there's...
    • An 'Unusual' property description
    • Photos at 'wacky' angles
    • The DIY floor plans

The thing that would slightly worry me is that the owner's / seller's property description sounds to me a bit like it was written by a Timeshare salesperson.

If I viewed, I'd worry that I'd have to sit through a 2 hour presentation, and not be allowed to leave until I'd signed a contract.

I like the "Galliered" landing.  I think it's a sort of French dance.

Isn’t it funny that the spelling errors stand out like that!
No reliance should be placed on the above! Absolutely none, do you hear?

Why have the floor plans included the furniture? Is it screwed to the floor? Are the walls really paper thin?

To me it sounded like the seller had been watching Phil & Kirsty, or Escape to the Country too much.

Tbf I see lots of 'professional' floorplans including sample furniture, presumably to give an idea of how furniture would fit in the room. Of course they might use abnormally small furniture dimensions to make it look like there's more room around them.
