Aviva Zero car insurance - change of vehicle mid year

I recently changed my car from a Mercedes A180 to a Vauxhall Corsa and Aviva have not adjusted the amount or refunded me. Is it normal to leave the account unadjusted until the full renewal date which is five months away. It seems wrong to me!!!

It will depend on the T&C you signed up to, but it does seem unusual.  Have you spoken to Aviva?

Have you actually told them you have changed vehicle? If so you have nothing to worry about.

The account may be unadjusted if there is no change to the premium, but you should have a new certificate.

How did you inform them of the change in vehicle? What did they say about premium and fees?

You've presumably received your new certificate and schedule, what does the schedule say about premiums?

It could be the change of vehicle and the admin fee cancel each other out, certainly in my day with telephone amendments if the change caused a £19 refund and the admin fee was £25 then we just waived the additional £6 so there were many more nil impacts than would statistically occur
