Ticketmaster refund

I bought collectors tickets for Clubland which did not arrive for the event (and still have not arrived) 3 days after the event. Ticketmaster first of all gave me all the automatic replies about cant refund as event was not cancelled, and then said its the venues fault not them. Venue says its ticket agent faults. Ticketmaster is nigh on impossible to complain to. The collectors tickets were bought as it was a special gift and first event for my daughter. I just want a refund for the collectors ticket part i paid for or to actually get the tickets! I do not expect to be refunded for the whole gig, although it was absolute carnage and we missed half of it stuck in the queue for two hours outside, which is well documented in the news! Getting no where with either and feel i have not received goods i paid for.

Could try a chargeback with your card provider OP, is the aspect you didn't get delivered itemised on the receipt/order details? In the game of chess you can never let your adversary see your pieces0

Was this a physical ticket or a E-Ticket?Life in the slow lane0

My reading of it is the ticket for the actual event was an e-ticket, but the item in question is a physical collectors ticket, to be sent to the purchaser.born_again said:Was this a physical ticket or a E-Ticket?
However, its only three days since the event and one of those days was a Bank Holiday (assuming the event was the Sunday just gone), so I am not sure what the urgency is.0 -
The urgency originally was that collectors ticket is meant to arrive before the event, it is your actual ticket that you can wear as a lanyard around the neck and then keep afterwards, there is an additional cost involved to have these. It did not arrive in time so it had to be converted to an eticket to attend the event on the day to gain access, although ticketmaster assured me it would arrive in time. So it should have arrived in time but did not, and has still not appeared.0

Tickets were purchased back in November so may be too late for a chargeback - technically i still managed to attend the event after they converted the ticket to an eticket but a little annoyed i paid extra for something that i did not receive. So its not the whole amount i am disputing, will look into chargebacks.Could try a chargeback with your card provider OP, is the aspect you didn't get delivered itemised on the receipt/order details?0 -
Unless you have a breakdown of the cost of the collectors tickets. There isn't a chargeback right.
Are they sending them out now?Life in the slow lane0 -
Apparently they were posted on the 1st May, even with the holiday i would expect them by now. I contacted the venue and they said they have sent it to Ticketmaster. I contacted Ticketmaster again and have a reply from them saying they need to contact venue so it will take time and to allow 14 days. I saw some people at the event with collector tickets so assume some got before the event. Apparently as the event is passed its doubtful they will run a print for them.born_again said:Unless you have a breakdown of the cost of the collectors tickets. There isn't a chargeback right.
