where is the door on the existing layout? or do you have two doors to the existing bedroom1?0

Personally, I'd make the new bedroom1 a bit smaller and tag on en-suite onto bed3 making it the main bedroom - unless the views are better out of bed30

This is the original floor plan, it had an en-suite & cupboard in the hallway for water tank0

Make sure whatever you do that it'll work with a bed in it. My house, my landlord's house, has a similar change to what was the front bedroom but making one big and one small out of the main bedroom. I live alone and use hte back bedroom but have tried many times to make the bigger of the front bedrooms mine and it just doesn't work with a single, double or king bed in it, the little bit of corner that you lose and the window being in the wrong place makes no layout comfortable in mine. And my box room doesn't even fit a bed! Hopefully yours are better dimensions than mine0
