I made a will 5 years ago with the Co-op (a link from this site!) and very happy with the service.
The will made provision if I got married.
I got married in Gretna Green 3 years ago.
In light of Martin’s email newsletter today, is my will still valid?

Unless the will was made in contemplation of marriage then no it is not valid and you need a new one.2

Although, just checking, was it a Scottish will? Because, as in so many legal areas, they do things differently there ...Signature removed for peace of mind2
