Child DLA to PIP

My child awarded PIP transferred from DLA. There is no change to care element. Do I still need to notify Universal Credit?

My understanding is UC will still remain the same as there is no change to care element.

Thanks

It's best to update it and send the notification letter with the element entitlement.

It just over 4 weeks since PIP has started.  I was not aware I need to inform because there was no change in element so UC should not change either.

I hope it won’t cause any problems delaying the change after 4 weeks?

    Thanks

I have updated the change from DLA to PIP.  I hope I have done it correctly. They will verify the details

How long does it take to verify the details?  I hope someone can reply it just worrying me.

I guess they have to get verification from PIP which is a separate computer system.  As you've only notified them today I wouldn't be worrying yet :)
