I've been served this from Baysentry

I attempted to pay - the machine would not accept my payment - along with the Car park attendant - it would be clear on the CCTV which I requested - they requested ID for a SAR - I sent this - in the meantime they did not respond and passed it on to DCB - then eventually I did get a response (from Baysentry) and they said I need to contact the landowner!!! - I have clear correspondence that contradicts this!

BTW - the attendant lifted the gate for me - it will clearly be shown on CCTV

Please advise.  I really need this cancelled.  I can't find wording on Newbies thread.

Plan A in the NEWBIES thread is a complaint to the Landowner. Hopefully Baysentry gave you the name and contact details of the Landower.

What makes you think they have CCTV, this is very rare in car parks?

Exactly where is the car park it may have cropped up before.

If you are at silly debt collection stage you are way past the appeal,and POPLA stage which are useless anyway.

Also your name can be clearly seen through that post it note, along with the reference number!
