I sent them a detailed message quoting the Disability Act and my thoughts of harming myself, particularly since they’ve threatened to stop my money if I don’t comply. I also said that as I don’t yet have any documentation to prove my name, the appointment would be a waste of time anyway.I sent the message early this morning but haven’t heard back yet so hope that’s a good sign.
I’m hoping that when I get the documentation they’ll let me send it, via email or a home visit.1 -
Stick with it; remember to keep a record of the messages. Remember to take your time and stay positive.1

They sent a message today saying that the interview has been cancelled and I don’t need to provide any further evidence. It’s likely some kind of computer error maybe, and the name change generated an appointment.I’ve taken screenshots of everything as usual.
Thanks again for your help. It’s so important to know how to phrase things, and to be honest about how badly a situation is affecting me, as opposed to simply telling them that I can’t do this or that because I’m unwell.3 -
That's good news; please get a box and store those documents you will need in the future. I'm pleased for you. You can relax now. Take care. 🤗1
