Signed up for a HSBC CC on Friday night - was accepted & it said I could create an online account once I receive my card (within 5 days)
Assuming the card will arrive this week but I’ve not received an email or any communication so far. Is that normal?

Yes, quite normal. You would activate the card when it arrives by creating an account and adding the details. You might get an email to say the card's been dispatched (can't remember if this happens or not).
You should have received (or at least have been given links to download) all the various agreement and T&C documents at the point where you were accepted.0 -
But not sent by email too at that time?Phew. Was worried there that something had gone wrong0

just to put your mind at rest, I applied for a HSBC bal trf card on either Wednesday or Thursday last week and the first communication I received was an email yesterday with a link to digitaly sign the agreement (the agreement does not state the credit limit , just states I will be informed when the account is opened).
In this day and age you would expect to get an instant email confirming that your application had been received.0
