Hello. Can I ask, based on your practical experience, what is the best funding option (i.e. Business Loans from the bank, commercial loan etc) to use to purchase commercial property which will be put into the rental property market? Thanks

It would depend on how you plan to buy the property, yourself, through a Limited company, what deposit you have, do you plan to let it commercially and do you have a plan for that, or do you plan to let it to yourself/your own business etc.Jayman21 said:Hello.
