Overpayment of Universal credit

This all started on my last months payment of Universal Credit, I usually get paid £390.65, but noticed on that statement that they was going to pay me £477.19, I noticed they had deducted only £268.36 Carer's Allowance instead of the usual deduction of £354.90, causing a £84.56 overpayment. I immediately questioned it on my journal, but they ended up paying it before I got reply.
In the reply they did say it was not my fault and it was due to incorrect download of carers allowance due to uprating.
I received a UCD367 letter which said I had to pay it back, I was fine with that and that from 15th March - 14th April I was overpaid £386.54.
I simply don't understand how they have reached that amount with the overpayment, I was meant to get £390.65, they sent me £477.19, that's a overpayment of £86.54.
Am I missing something?

I can't make any sense of that either.
I would ask for a Mandatory Reconsideration of the decision that the overpayment was deemed £386.54 when it should be £86.54.
A MR is basically a request for a decision to be re examined.1 -
Check all the dates the Easter payment dates varied and ask for a detailed breakdown. Also keep a record of all communication. I was reading a similar complaint last week.1

If the overpayment is £86.54 and the claimed overpayment is £386.54 then that rather looks like a typo / data entry error. Perhaps the £354.90 was incorrectly entered as £654.90 when the correction was processed at UC.
