It would be a big job, just how big would depend on a lot of factors.
You'll need to move electrics, plumbing, waste, boiler? and then install the kitchen itself.
Probably best getting a builder out to have a look and get a quote.

I would assume there is potentially adequate drainage and plumbing as the bathroom and toilet are adjacent to the room you intend to use as the new kitchen. But digging a new route to the existing drains, I think needs to comply with building regs and needs approval from your water authority to make sure you are not disturbing other utilities.

Countertop electrics can be brought down through the ceiling if this is a bungalow - more disruptive if it is a flat!

You might need to consider having a door installed to the back garden and blocking the one from the existing kitchen.

It shouldn't need any digging, it looks close enough to attach on to the existing soil vent pipe.

No building control application needed for that work.

From looking at the plan it looks as though you can take the water supply from the bathroom and the kitchen sink waste into the bathroom

Presumably there will be electricity in the existing bedroom but whether you want to change it so that the kitchen has a separate fuse in the consumer unit rather than the generic downstairs fuse which the bedroom will be off is a question you might want to think about

There will be sockets in the bedroom but obviously these will have to be raised to above the kitchen unit height and probably additional ones installed

otherwise it's a matter of installing kitchen units etc

You might want to think about what kind of floor you want in the kitchen and if the current floor in the bedroom is capable of taking that

the other thing to consider is are you going to have electric or gas cooking? if gas then you will need a supply to the bedroom and if electricity you will probably need a higher rated cable to supply the current needed to run the electric hob and ovens

The final thing to think about is where is your current gas boiler and will you need to move that?
