2. Eligibility
   This competition is open to UK residents aged 18 and over. Employees of Popeyes UK, their immediate families, or anyone professionally connected with this competition are not eligible to enter.
   
   
3. How to Enter
   To enter, participants must visit https://popeyesuk.com/sign-up-jazz-competition and submit a valid email address via the entry form provided.
   Only one entry per person is permitted. Multiple entries or entries that are incomplete, illegible, or submitted via third parties will be disqualified.
   
   
4. Competition Period
   The competition opens on 30th April 2025 and closes at 11:59 PM on 7th May 2025. Entries received after this time will not be considered.
   
   
5. Prize
   One (1) winner will receive three (3) weekend tickets to We Out Here Festival 2025. The prize includes tickets only and transport from Bournemouth station to the festival. Does not include any other travel, accommodation, or any other costs.
   The prize is non-transferable, non-refundable and no cash alternative is available.
   
   
6. Winner Selection and Notification
   Winners will be selected at random from all valid entries received during the competition period. The draw will take place on or shortly after 8th May 2025.
   Winners will be contacted via the email address provided at entry within five (5) working days of the draw. If a winner does not respond within five (5) working days of notification, Popeyes UK reserves the right to select an alternative winner.

8. General
   Popeyes UK reserves the right to cancel or amend the competition or these Terms and Conditions if necessary due to circumstances beyond its control.
