    They could in theory start a claim at 'the last known address ' providing that address is in the court's jurisdiction. They could then obtain a ccj in default and then see if they could trace you.

    Is the fake address in England/Wales?

    As I said before, it's all a bit unlikely for £77.96 plus add-ons when the add-ons might not be valid
